Roving Leasing Associate

Tarragon Property Services | $23-$25/hr | Full Benefits


Join Tarragon Property Services and be a part of a team that values your skills, supports your growth, and offers long-term stability. We're hiring a Roving Leasing Associate that is dedicated, personable, and passionate about helping people find their perfect homes


Schedule: Tuesday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm, Saturday 10:00am - 5:00pm


Location: Seattle, Bothell, Sammamish, Enumclaw, Auburn, Puyallup, Olympia, Bremerton, Port Orchard


What We Require:

  • A minimum of two years sales experience, hospitality or property management background preferred.
  • Computer literacy
  • Valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in preparing Word documents and Excel spreadsheets in addition to property management software is preferable
  • Yardi Voyager software experience is highly desired.
  • Yieldstar
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws
  • Roving requires the ability to travel to all TPS properties.

What You'll Do:

  • Warmly welcome visitors and help match them with their ideal apartments.
  • Clearly explain community policies to prospective residents.
  • Engage with both prospective and current residents throughout the day, ensuring they are informed, supported, and satisfied.
  • Serve as an ambassador for the community by showcasing amenities and promoting a positive living experience.
  • Take pride in helping individuals find their new homes and contributing to a thriving residential community.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and excellence in every interaction.
