    • Organize cycle counts, annual physical inventories, and root-cause discrepancy investigations.
    • Enforce FIFO, lot/serial control, and material traceability.
    • Manage damaged, obsolete, quarantined, and nonconforming inventory in coordination with Quality.
    • Collaborate with Production, Procurement, and Engineering to resolve material shortages.
  • Shipping, Receiving & Logistics Coordination

    • Coordinate domestic and international inbound/outbound freight (LTL, FTL, air/ocean).
    • Work with carriers and forwarders on bookings, tracking, freight cost monitoring, and issue resolution (delays, damages, claims).
    • Process receiving and shipping records accurately in NetSuite/WMS (BOLs, commercial invoices, packing lists).
  • ERP, WMS & Documentation

    • Execute and supervise all system transactions (receiving, transfers, production issues, adjustments, shipments).
    • Train staff on barcode scanners, ERP, and WMS functionality.
    • Develop work instructions, SOPs, and performance reports (accuracy, shortages, on-time shipments).
  • Safety, Quality & 5S Compliance

    • Maintain OSHA, PPE, material handling, and 5S cleanliness/organization standards.
    • Ensure safe operation of forklifts, pallet jacks, and dock equipment.
