JOB PURPOSEย 
The Taping Associate Iย is responsible forย learning and performing basic sewing, seam taping, and welding operations used in the manufacturing of military dry suits and technical garments. This entry-level role works under supervision while developing technical production skills and understanding quality and safety standards.ย 

RESPONSIBILITIESย 

โ€ขย Operateย industrial sewing, seam sealing, and welding equipment under supervision.ย 
โ€ข Sew and tape basic dry suit components according to work instructions.ย 
โ€ข Inspect materials and finished products for visible defects.ย 
โ€ข Follow military product specifications and production procedures.ย 
โ€ขย Maintainย a clean, safe, and organized workstation.ย 
โ€ข Complete required production and quality documentation.ย 
โ€ข Support team members andย assistย withย additionalย production duties as assigned.ย 

REQUIREMENTSย 

โ€ข High school diploma or equivalent preferred.ย 

โ€ขย Previousย manufacturing or sewing experience preferred but notย required.ย 

โ€ข Ability to learn industrial sewing and welding equipment operation.ย 

โ€ข Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.ย 

โ€ข Ability to stand forย long periodsย andย lift upย to 30 pounds.ย 

โ€ข Ability to follow written work instructions and safety procedures.ย
