As a Project Senior Engineering Management Specialist the team, you will:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable Power BI dashboards and reports to support maintenance, operational, and business decision-making across Fleet Readiness Centers.
  • Translate user stories and business requirements into actionable data models, visualizations, and analytics solutions within an agile delivery framework.
  • Perform data extraction, transformation, and modeling using SQL and Power BI tools to ensure high-quality, reliable datasets.
  • Leverage Python for data wrangling, automation, and advanced analytics to enhance reporting capabilities and streamline processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional government and contractor teams, actively participating in agile ceremonies (standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives) to deliver iterative product improvements.

  • 1+ years experience working in an agile or scrum environment with strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
