Associate in this position will be working in the Dental Service Organizations Practice Group that represents dental groups nationally, providing general counsel services, represent clients in transactions, and advise on various healthcare compliance and regulatory matters. Associates should have 3-5 years experience working on M&A deals or healthcare transactions. This associate will focus on negotiating and documenting various transactions involving dental practices across the country - mergers, acquisitions, asset purchases, commercial lending, trade, and technology transactions.
