Job description

Bilingual Staffing Talent Coordinator
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a professional and motivated Bilingual Staffing Talent Coordinator for our Fort Worth Branch located in Fort Worth, Tx. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to be a part of a growing organization in the fast-paced world of staffing. We are looking for someone with great customer service and excellent communication skills and problem-solving skills.
Pay Rate: 
$18.00 - $21.00 per hour DOE
 
Bilingual Staffing Talent Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Recruiting, applicant screening, interviewing, placing, counseling employees
  • Adequately judging the quality of an applicant for correct placement
  • Listening to and applying constructive criticism
  • Run backgrounds, complete drug screens.
  • Complete I9’s for E-Verifications.
  • Assist Workers with onboarding paperwork.
 
Bilingual Staffing Talent Coordinator Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Must be able to work as a team and solo.
  • Must be able to work 40+hours (including early mornings or late evenings)
  • Must be able to be on call some weekends and work after 5pm as needed.
  • Excellent customer service, clerical, and computer skills (type 40-50 wpm).
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
  • Reliable transportation and valid Driver’s License
  • Must have at least 2 years of previous staffing experience.
  • Prefer Candidate with inside sales and/or recruiting experience
  • Professional dress and attitude required
  • Must be able to read, wright and speak Spanish and English
