Key Responsibilities:

Client Advisory & Business Development

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership teams, providing market intelligence and strategic hiring recommendations.

  • Buildanddeepenlong-term client relationships through consultative selling and solution-drivenconversations.

  • Identifynew business opportunities andstructure ofservice agreementsthatalign witheachclient'suniqueneedsand growthobjectives.

Executive Search & Candidate Engagement

  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for executive-level roles, from sourcing and assessment to offer negotiation and onboarding.

  • Deliver a high-touch candidate experiencegrounded inconfidentiality, transparency,and professionalismat every stage.

  • Present candidates with detailed evaluationsthat speak toculturalalignment,leadership competencies, and long-termfit.

Leadership & Desk Management

  • Own both sides of the desk: driving revenue through client acquisition and successful placements.

  • Maintainaccuratepipelinetrackingand performance metricsacrossATS and CRMplatforms.

  • Stay current on industry trends to provideclients withtimelyandactionablemarketinsights.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, or related field preferred.

  • 5+ years in executive recruiting or full desk recruiting, with proven success in consultative sales.

Preferred/Desired Qualifications:
  • Strong business development and relationship managementexpertise.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and advisory skills.

  • Proficiencyin recruitment technology and market research tools.
