Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 2 years of accounting work experience
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
  • Must maintain current required licenses and certifications relevant to field of expertise

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of the organization, both internally and externally

  • Apply area of expertise relative to client engagements and perpetually build knowledge base and thus strengthening area of expertise
  • Execute solid analysis, delivering creative and practical solutions for client engagements
  • Deliver urgent responses to existing client inquiries
  • Attain revenue objectives
  • Adhere to engagement budget constraints and complete assigned tasks within the time requested
  • Maintain systems proficiency to enhance client services delivery
  • Participate in business development activities to include memberships in qualified organizations (alumni associations, chamber of commerce, networking groups, etc.) or regular business contacts with peers capable or eventually capable of referring potential engagements and cross serve opportunities
  • Responsible for meeting annual sales goals if applicable to position
