Executive Onboarding & Integration

  • Design and oversee executive onboarding experiences that accelerate time-to-impact and successful integration into Chewy's culture and operating model.
  • Partner with business leaders, HRBPs, and executive stakeholders to create tailored onboarding plans for newly hired and promoted executives.
  • Monitor onboarding effectiveness and continuously improve executive assimilation practices.

Executive Development & Coaching

  • Develop and implement executive development strategies aligned to Chewy's business priorities and leadership expectations.
  • Oversee executive coaching programs, including coach selection, program design, measurement, and governance.
  • Partner with executives to identify development priorities and create personalized growth plans.
  • Design leadership experiences that strengthen executive capability, organizational effectiveness, and enterprise leadership.
  • Create skills-based readiness paths to strengthen succession planning, building a ready now bench of talent.
  • Develop frameworks and tools to assess leadership readiness, identify talent risks, and strengthen executive pipelines.

What You'll Need

  • Experience leading, managing, and executing large-scale transformational projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience designing and leading executive-level talent programs within a complex, fast-paced organization.
  • Strong understanding of executive assessment, succession planning, leadership development, and executive coaching practices.
