About the Role:

We're looking for a Senior Program Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations to join Remitly's Talent Acquisition organization on a 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension. Reporting to the Head of TA Operations, you'll oversee the systems and tools that power our recruiting lifecycle. This includes Workday, Gem, GoodTime, and AI tools like Claude. You'll also drive the day-to-day operational programs that keep our global TA team running smoothly.

You Will:

  • Own TA's core systems, including our ATS/CRM stack, which consists of platforms like Workday, GoodTime, Gem, and similar tools. This also includes Claude and other AI tools.
  • Maintain our tooling workflows, testing and troubleshoot ing complex issues to optimize our tech stack.
  • Evaluate, pilot, and implement new TA tools and AI-enabled workflows as our stack evolves, driving adoption through hands-on training and change management.
  • Map, standardize, and continuously improve recruiting workflows end to end, removing bottlenecks and driving consistency across regions, including partnering with our Workday analysts on escalated system issues.
  • Lead cross-functional operational projects, from process improvements to system enhancements, serving as a go-to TA resource for stakeholders in Legal, Compliance, Compensation, HRBPs, People Operations, and Global Mobility.
  • Turn recruiting data into decisions: analyze metrics and translate insights into clear recommendations and action plans.
  • Partner with the EMEA/APAC TA Operations Partner to keep systems and core processes consistent globally.

You Have:

  • 5+ years in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Operations, or People Systems, with a focus on program management and/or systems & tools, ideally in a high-growth, global, or distributed environment.
  • 2+ years of hands-on administration of TA systems like ATS, CRM and/or scheduling platforms (e.g., GoodTime, Gem, Workday ATS), with comfort navigating configurations, permissions, and integrations. Experience with Workday ATS administration is a plus.
  • Fluency with AI-enabled tooling (e.g., Claude) and a bias toward using technology to eliminate manual, repetitive work; experience evaluating & implementing new HR/TA technology is a plus.
  • Strong program management skills - able to scope, prioritize, and run cross-functional initiatives to measurable outcomes while managing a roadmap across competing demands.
  • Experience managing global programs, sharing internal insights and reports, and driving outcomes from data.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills - able to influence across diverse stakeholders and tailor your message across audiences.

Compensation Details. The hourly range is $65-$75 per hour.
