Job description

Description:

Help us find, welcome, and retain the people who make our mission possible.

Care Alliance Health Center is seeking a Talent Partner who can do more than fill open positions. We are looking for a relationship-driven HR professional who can partner with leaders, strengthen our talent pipelines, improve the candidate and new-hire experience, and use workforce insights to help us build a stable, engaged team.

In this role, you will own full-cycle recruitment while also helping shape how we onboard and retain employees across the organization. You will work closely with hiring managers and Human Resources leadership in a fast-paced, mission-driven healthcare environment where strong recruiting execution directly supports access to care.

What You'll Do

  • Own full-cycle recruitment from hiring intake through offer and pre-employment handoff.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define needs, develop recruiting strategies, assess candidates, and keep searches moving.
  • Build proactive pipelines for clinical, administrative, and other critical or hard-to-fill roles.
  • Strengthen onboarding and the first-90-day employee experience, including monitoring 30/60/90-day review completion and identifying early retention risks.
  • Analyze recruiting, turnover, vacancy, and retention trends and translate the data into practical recommendations.
  • Conduct stay interviews and new-hire check-ins to identify what is working and where we can improve.
  • Develop relationships with schools, workforce programs, professional groups, and community partners.
  • Represent Care Alliance at career fairs and recruiting events and help strengthen our employer brand.
  • Improve recruiting and onboarding workflows so candidates, managers, and new employees have a consistent and responsive experience.

Why Care Alliance?

Care Alliance Health Center is a mission-driven organization committed to providing exceptional, accessible, and compassionate healthcare for all. This is an opportunity to help shape a growing talent function and directly influence how we attract, welcome, and retain the employees who serve our patients and community.

  • PTO
  • 10 paid holidays.
  • Retirement plan with up to a 7% employer match.
  • The opportunity to work with a collaborative, mission-driven team focused on strengthening our workforce and the communities we serve.
Requirements:

What We're Looking For

  • At least 3 years of progressive talent acquisition, recruiting, or HR experience with hands-on responsibility for full-cycle recruitment.
  • A track record of building strong partnerships with hiring managers and confidently advising them throughout the hiring process.
  • Experience supporting onboarding, employee retention, workforce initiatives, or employee experience.
  • Comfort working with recruiting and workforce data to identify trends and improve outcomes.
  • Strong organization, follow-through, communication, and judgment in a role with competing priorities.
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field, or equivalent directly relevant experience.

Even Better If You Have

  • Healthcare, FQHC, community health center, or nonprofit recruiting experience.
  • Experience recruiting clinical or other hard-to-fill positions.
  • Experience with employer branding, community recruiting, or workforce development partnerships.
  • Experience using an ATS and HRIS; HR or talent acquisition certification is a plus.

Position Details

  • Department: Human Resources
  • Reports to: Director of Human Resources
  • Location: Onsite Cleveland, Ohio; travel between Care Alliance sites and community/recruitment events may be required.
  • Classification: Full-time, Exempt

Ready to help build the team behind the mission?

We'd love to hear from HR and talent professionals who are energized by recruiting, relationship building, process improvement, and creating a strong employee experience from the very first interaction.
