In People Services, we own the complexity so leaders can own the business, giving our operational teams the freedom to focus on selecting the right people while Talent Acquisition leads the hiring process.

 

Overview:

 

The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading the Company's talent acquisition strategy and overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle to attract, hire, and retain top talent. Serving as a strategic partner to business leaders, this role collaborates closely with operational leaders to align workforce planning with business objectives, develop proactive sourcing strategies, and improve hiring outcomes through data-driven decision making.

This position is responsible for building and leading a scalable talent acquisition function that delivers consistent hiring practices, improves quality of hire, reduces time-to-fill, and creates an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. By owning the complexity of the hiring process, the Talent Acquisition Manager enables operational leaders to focus on selecting the right people while Talent Acquisition leads the recruiting strategy, process, and execution.

The Talent Acquisition Manager leads and develops the recruiting team, ensures compliance with employment laws and company policies, drives continuous process improvement while advancing the People Services philosophy: We own the complexity so leaders can own the business.

What you'll Do:

  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies that support organizational goals and workforce needs
  • Partner with business leaders to identify hiring priorities, workforce gaps, and future talent requirements
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions through strategic sourcing initiatives
  • Provide guidance on labor market trends, recruiting challenges, and talent acquisition solutions that support workforce objectives
  • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, from workforce planning through onboarding
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and establish effective selection processes
  • Ensure recruitment activities are executed efficiently while delivering a consistent, high-quality experience for candidates and hiring managers
  • Partner with People Services to improve onboarding and the new hire experience through feedback and continuous process improvement.
  • Monitor recruiting metrics and hiring trends to evaluate recruiting effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Drive continuous improvement by evaluating recruiting processes, technologies, and sourcing strategies to improve hiring outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the hiring process
  • Lead, coach, and develop the talent acquisition team to achieve hiring goals and performance expectations
  • Establish and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) for the talent acquisition team
  • Develop strong partnerships with regional leadership to align talent acquisition strategies with operational needs
  • Manage relationships with recruiting vendors, agencies, and universities.
  • Perform other talent acquisition and human resources-related duties as assigned

     

    Required Qualifications & Skills:

     

  • 5-8 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or a related HR role
  • Experience leading full-cycle recruiting across multiple locations or business units
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, recruiting best practices, and workforce planning principles
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze recruiting data and implement improvements that enhance hiring effectiveness and efficiency
  • Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Experience implementing recruitment process improvements and leveraging recruiting analytics to drive business decisions
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), including implementing or optimizing recruiting workflows, reporting, and system processes to improve hiring efficiency and the candidate experience.

  • Experience in a high-volume or multi-location environment
  • SHRM, HRCI, or Talent Acquisition certification
