  • Develop an understanding of federal hiring environments and how security clearance requirements shape sourcing and screening.

  • Due to federal contract requirements, eligibility for this role is limited to U.S. Persons.
  • Experience sourcing candidates through multiple recruiting channels.
  • Experience conducting candidate screens and interviews and evaluating qualifications against position requirements.
  • Hands-on experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), with a strong focus on data accuracy and organized recruiting records.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the professionalism to represent Brillient in candidate-facing conversations.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience recruiting in a government contracting, federal, or similarly regulated environment.
  • Familiarity with labor categories (LCATs), contract staffing requirements, or similar structured staffing models.
