Position Summary:

The Assistant General Manager is a salaried people leader. It directly manages the sales team, coaches’ execution, holds accountability, and ensures value is driven through a guest-centric experience.

Job Duties:

· Sales Leadership & Floor Execution (Including Ups Management)

· Customer Experience & Guest Support

· Inventory Management, Promotion Control, & Cash Handling
