Job Description

Reed Online is looking for a part time (20 - 22 hours per week) HR & Talent Partner to join their People Team on a 12 month fixed term contract in Holborn, London.Part time considered.

Overview

The HR & Talent Partner is responsible for delivering high-quality HR and Talent acquisition support across the co-member lifecycle. This is a hands-on and operational support role, working within a busy HR Team to attract, develop, engage, and retain talent while ensuring an excellent co-member experience from onboarding through to offboarding.

The role provides HR guidance, supports recruitment and resourcing activities, coordinates learning and development initiatives, and ensures HR processes are delivered efficiently, consistently, and in line with company policies and employment legislation.

Key ResponsibilitiesHR Support & Co-member Experience
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing timely and professional advice to co-members and managers.
  • Support key HR processes, including onboarding, inductions, probation reviews, employee relations matters, and offboarding activities.
  • Conduct exit interviews and provide insights on co-member feedback and HR trends.
  • Coordinate HR administration, maintain accurate co-member records, and ensure compliance with company policies and employment legislation.
  • Monitor mandatory training and i-Learn completion, scheduling training sessions as required.
  • Support co-member engagement, wellbeing, and people initiatives across the business.
Recruitment & Talent Support
  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and resourcing activities to attract and hire high-quality talent.
  • Manage job postings, candidate communications, interview scheduling, and recruitment administration.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and support workforce planning.
  • Maintain talent pipelines and deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Track recruitment activity and provide regular updates and reporting on hiring progress.
Skills and Experience
  • Experience in an HR Advisor, HR Partner, Talent Partner, or similar HR or recruitment role.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
  • Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations activities.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
