Role Overview

We are seeking a Talent & People Operations Associate to support recruiting and HR operations across Deluxe Med Spa. This role will focus on driving a high-quality candidate experience while supporting core People Operations processes, including onboarding, employee support, and day-to-day HR coordination. You will partner closely with leadership to support hiring across clinical, operational, and administrative roles, while also ensuring a seamless employee experience from onboarding through ongoing employment.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Execution:
    Execute recruiting efforts across clinical, operational, and administrative roles. Partner with leadership to support hiring needs across the clinic network.
  • Sourcing and Pipeline Development:
    Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and direct outreach strategies.
  • Candidate Screening and Experience:
    Conduct initial candidate outreach and structured screening interviews. Manage candidates through the interview process, ensuring a professional, timely, and high-quality experience.
  • Onboarding and Employee Experience:
    Own end-to-end onboarding for new hires, including coordination, documentation, and training support. Ensure a smooth and consistent onboarding experience across all locations.
  • People Operations Support:
    Support day-to-day HR operations, including employee inquiries, documentation, offboarding, and general People & Culture initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Work closely with clinic leaders and leadership to ensure alignment on hiring needs, candidate quality, and employee experience.
  • Metrics and Reporting:
    Track recruiting activity and key metrics to improve efficiency and provide visibility into hiring progress.


Education / Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting, HR, or People Operations
  • Experience supporting full-cycle recruiting preferred
  • Healthcare or medical aesthetics experience is a plus
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver a high-quality candidate experience

  • Mandarin language proficiency preferred
