As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at I2X Technologies, you'll play a vital role in delivering top-tier talent to support our federal programs. This position requires an individual who understands the pace and precision of federal contracting - someone who can navigate complex requirements, source cleared and niche talent and build trusted partnerships with both candidates and hiring managers across multiple programs. You'll help shape our talent strategy while ensuring each candidate interaction reflects the integrity, innovation, and commitment that defines I2X.

This position requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site a minimum of 3 days per week in-office. Only individuals able to work at the Littleton office will be considered. This is not a fully remote position.

All members of the Talent Acquisition Team operate on a salary + commission compensation structure with additional bonus potential.

What You'll Do 

  • Partner closely with internal hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and Program requirements.
  • Manage candidates through the full recruiting lifecycle - including candidate sourcing, pre-screening, offer creation, and salary negotiation.
  • Source and engage active and passive candidates through platforms such as ClearanceJobs, LinkedIn, and our ATS - iCIMS.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing and outreach strategies to attract top talent for strategic positions.
  • Ensure a smooth, transparent, and positive candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Document candidate interactions accurately to maintain data integrity and pipeline visibility.
  • Build and maintain strong networks of cleared and technical professionals to support current and future federal programs.
  • Deliver exceptional service that reflects I2X's reputation for excellence and reliability in the federal space.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of experience in recruiting that required heavy sourcing.
  • An Associate's Degree with 5+ year's of recruiting or sourcing experience may be substituted.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust with stakeholders.
  • Experience building and maintaining a network of potential candidates through market research and ongoing relationship management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency to fill job positions with qualified candidates.
  • Detail-oriented nature with the ability to follow established hiring processes.

  • Recruiting experience within the aerospace/defense industry.
  • Experience utilizing an applicant tracking system like iCIMS or similar applicant tracking systems.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will regularly sit, walk, stand and climb stairs and steps. May require walking long distance from parking to work station. The employee will continuously be required to repeat the same hand, arm, or finger motion many times. Manual and finger dexterity are essential to this position. Lifting may require floor to waist, waist to shoulder, or shoulder to overhead movement of up to 20 pounds. This position demands tolerance for various levels of mental stress.
