We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Coordinator who will serve as a subject matter expert in the field of talent coordination. The role focuses on ensuring the smooth completion of all pre-employment checks and onboarding requirements for various hire types, while providing consistent and thorough communication with hiring managers and candidates.
Responsibilities
  • Perform and certify the completion of all pre-employment checks and onboarding requirements for all hire types.
  • Ensure timely submission and collection of all new hire paperwork.
  • Maintain consistent and thorough communication with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with Talent Acquisition Specialists.
  • Partner effectively with other departments to ensure an efficient hiring process.
  • Certify an overall successful candidate onboarding experience.
  • Verify complete accuracy of all data entry responsibilities.
  • Exhibit organization across all tasks and fully follow processes.
  • Consistently meet coordinating metrics.
  • Provide education as needed on the onboarding process.
  • Identify process improvement initiatives and provide solutions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned and/or necessary.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
