About the Opportunity

The Talent Acquisition Manager for the America's region will play a pivotal role on LYB's global TA leadership team. You'll lead a team of recruiters and our global sourcer, applying your talent acquisition expertise and leadership capabilities to shape and execute LYB's recruitment strategy. 
You'll cultivate a collaborative, highperforming team culture rooted in diversity and inclusion, ensuring we attract the talent that fuels LYB's growth and global impact. This is a role for someone who thrives on influence, innovation, and building teams that deliver excellence. 

A Day in the Life
  1. Lead FullCycle Recruitment - Own and guide the endtoend hiring process across all functions, ensuring a seamless, highquality candidate experience while managing requisition flow to maintain balanced workloads across the team. 
  2. Develop Recruiting Talent - Coach, mentor, and empower team members through ongoing feedback, skillbuilding, and growth opportunities that elevate individual and team performance. 
  3. Partner with Hiring Leaders - Collaborate closely with department leaders to understand evolving talent needs and craft targeted, effective recruitment strategies that support organizational goals. 
  4. Drive Innovative Talent Strategies - Design and execute creative sourcing and recruitment approaches, leveraging modern tools, channels, and technologies to attract exceptional talent. 
  5. Analyze and Communicate Talent Metrics - Monitor hiring activity, service delivery, and pipeline health; translate data into insights and narratives that enhance decisionmaking and fuel continuous improvement.  
  6. Build storytelling capability - Ensure data integrity, compliance, and reporting capability against SLAs and metrics, while enhancing the Americas recruiting team's credibility and achievements.

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, with equivalent experience considered. 
  • 7+ Years in Talent Acquisition, including demonstrated success mentoring, training, and elevating other recruiters.
