This role is part of Blue Origin corporate functions, providing centralized support across Blue Origin business unit teams, functions, and locations.
Blue Origin is assembling the leadership team that will enable humanity's future in space. As a founding member of our Talent Acquisition Program Manager Team, you'll play a meaningful role in this vision by leading sophisticated, enterprise-wide initiatives that directly impact our most ambitious space programs. You will establish governance frameworks, drive process excellence across business units, and serve as a trusted business partner to leadership while articulating clear program vision and implementing data-driven talent strategies. This role demands exceptional leadership skills to coordinate cross-functional teams globally, strategic thinking to align talent programs with Blue Origin's mission, and the ability to influence executive stakeholders-positioning Blue Origin as the world-class destination for aerospace talent and advancing humanity's journey to space!
Strategic Leadership & Executive Partnership

  • Deep expertise in strategic resource planning and program optimization
  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
  • Senior-level program management certification (PgMP, PMP, or equivalent)

Base Pay Range for:
WA applicants is $157,059.00 - $219,882.60

  • Required for certain Job Profiles: Ability to obtain and maintain Merchant Mariner Credential, which includes pre-employment and random drug testing as well as DOT physical
