The Talent Acquisition Specialists find the very best people to serve guests as Valet Parking Attendants and Bellmen at the finest hotels and luxury resorts throughout the US. We leverage technology, automation and innovation to design, shape, own and drive the complete corporate recruitment strategy focused on attraction, engagement, pipelining and hiring top talent for Evolution Parking & Guest Services throughout the US. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, this role is vital in securing top talent join our team.

Evolution Parking & Guest Services is America’s exclusive provider of specialized valet parking and front door services exclusively for hotels and resorts nationwide. Our strict focus on only serving the hotel industry affords our clients the benefit of a more sophisticated guest service platform without the distractions from other verticals. With over 1,000 team members at over 40 hotels, Hotel Valet Parking Management and Bell Services is our only niche and receives our undivided attention.

Our rapid growth nationwide has created a vital role at the corporate office that oversees the critical details in properly launching a new hotel operation. We start approximately 4 new hotels each month, and in order to ensure all of the little details are met in time and with accuracy, this role is perfect for the right person who loves to multi-task and stay organized when juggling multiple projects at the same time.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Actively sources qualified active and passive candidates using job boards, internet databases, social media, employee referrals, etc.
  • Conducts interview debriefs and drives hiring decisions.
  • Ask questions that provide insight into the candidate experience while keeping them engaged and challenged; Thinks outside the box!
  • Partner with hiring teams and leaders to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing strategies and manages expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment.
  • Educate hiring managers and interviewers on sourcing methodologies to improve hiring effectiveness and metrics.
  • Leverage cutting edge recruiting technologies and tools to connect with a broad and diverse talent network.
  • Champion the candidate, be their advocate, and create an authentic candidate experience by setting clear expectations and corresponding to them in a timely manner.
  • Work independently and with the Ops Team collaborating with hiring managers, senior and executive business leaders to provide responsive and effective recruitment support and solutions across corporate and field operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Must be skilled in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, able to multitask and rapidly solving problems in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
  • 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition in a corporate environment or supporting field operations preferred. Successful track record of hiring top talent, fast.
  • High Volume Recruiting experience, highly desirable.
  • Experience with recruiting in hospitality management, a plus.
  • Experience with HRIS and ATS programs or related applicant tracking software systems and analytics tools.

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • M-F, 9-5 pm

Experience:

  • Recruiting/Sourcing: 1 year (Preferred)
