Talent Acquisition Specialist

Fulltime

Monday - Friday 0900-1700

$28.84 per hour

Compensation and benefits:

Responsibilities
  • Work with managers to fill vacancies as they occur. Maintain Vacancy Tracking Logs.
  • Assure vacancies are closed quickly (not to exceed a 30-day period).
  • Meet all established recruitment goals for the quarter/year.
  • Screen applicants and manage pre-employment processing for candidates. Administer assessment tests as needed
  • Work with operations managers on recruitment plan for new contracts.
  • Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
  • Post openings in with professional organizations and in other position appropriate venues.
  • Utilize the Internet for recruitment
  • Create and maintain monthly recruitment calendar, outlining external and internal recruitment fairs/interviews.
  • Partner with Administrative Assistant to complete new hire and employment paperwork (i.e. hiring sheets, transfers in BOETA, status changes, etc..).
  • Ensure all aspects of onboarding are completed prior to new hires beginning to train
  • Responsible for all aspects of licensing
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma and at least 3 years of experience recruiting in a high volume work place.
  • Must be very organized with superior attention to detail.
  • Must have a good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word.
  • Must have experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (iCIMs preferred).
  • Must have excellent customer service skills.
