This role leads recruitment for our Walmart Global Tech's most senior engineering community, our Technical Fellows and Senior Technical Leaders. This leader will optimize recruiting processes and enhance candidate experiences focused on hiring top tech talent. Collaborating with stakeholders, the Director provides strategic guidance on talent assessment, market intelligence, and workforce planning. By leveraging advanced tools and industry best practices, this position ensures alignment with business objectives while fostering continuous improvement and operational excellence in talent acquisition initiatives.
