Location: San Jose, CA
Job Type: Full-Time (40 Hours Per Week)

About the Job:
Think Academy is a forward-thinking educational institution committed to empowering students through innovative learning experiences. As we continue to grow, we're seeking a dedicated and motivated Recruiting Coordinator to join our dynamic HR Team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process within the education sector.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage candidate sourcing and initial resume screening for multiple job openings across various teams
  • Coordinate the interview process, including scheduling, candidate communication, interview materials, and feedback collection
  • Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate qualifications, availability, and overall fit for the role
  • Partner with hiring managers and the HR team to understand hiring needs, priorities, and candidate profiles
  • Create and maintain job postings across platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Handshake, and other recruiting channels
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting pipelines in Greenhouse and internal tracking systems, ensuring timely candidate follow-up
  • Support recruiting initiatives such as university partnerships, career fairs, employee referrals, and other HR projects as needed

Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1+ year of recruiting, HR, or related experience preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Greenhouse or another Applicant Tracking System (ATS) strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and common recruiting/scheduling tools
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information professionally
