PULTRUSION OPERATOR
Monday - Friday
10:45 pm - 7:15 am
$17.00 per hour

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Demonstrate proficiency in Creel Associate job functions
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Cut/Take Off Operator job functions
  • Set up and operate pultrusion production lines.
  • Read and follow engineering drawings and work instructions.
  • Count, measure, and weigh materials.
  • Load materials and monitor machine operation.
  • Identify and report quality issues.
  • Handle materials safely and follow all safety procedures.
  • Perform machine setups and changeovers.
  • Keep work area clean and organized.


JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Stable work history preferred.
  • Manufacturing or machine operator experience preferred.
  • Ability to read work instructions and blueprints.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally.
  • Must pass a pre-employment math test.
