Digital Designer
Location: Remote
About the Role
The Digital Designer is a highly creative role with a strong focus in e-commerce and
digital marketing. This role will lead the design and execution of digital assets
across platforms including Shopify, email marketing and paid media. The Digital
Designer will maintain and enhance our DTC website experience - from building and
deploying new pages to front-end homepage updates, campaign launches, and
optimizing visual content that drives engagement, conversion and brand
consistency across all digital touchpoints.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and
design, with strong communication and organizational skills and the ability to
collaborate closely with our e-commerce teams to bring campaigns to life.
Essential Job Functions:
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with our e-commerce team to execute
    campaigns and product launches
  • Maintain and manage day-to-day website updates within Shopify
  • Design and execute digital assets for our branded websites including
    homepage banners, landing pages and collection pages
  • Optimize digital creative assets for desktop and mobile
  • Ensure website performance and usability are consistent across devices
  • Design Paid social assets for Meta & Google
  • Design and upload email marketing assets for promotional and automated
    campaigns
  • Strong understanding of branding, layout, typography and retail strategies
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels and customer
    touchpoints
  • Support A/B testing initiatives for web, email and paid media creative assets
  • AI creative experience or willingness to learn and experiment with AI-
    assisted creative tools

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in digital or web design
  • Proficient knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Strong familiarity with Shopify preferred
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS a plus
  • Experience with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
