Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business subject matter experts to gather and document analytical requirements
  • Prioritize and manage multiple deliverables based on business needs, timelines, and urgency
  • Design and implement analytics solutions that support decision-making and performance tracking
  • Analyze structured and unstructured data to uncover patterns, trends, and inconsistencies
  • Deliver insights through clear reporting and data visualization using Tableau and Power BI
  • Recommend process improvements and advanced analytics solutions to streamline workflows
  • Maintain data quality, security, and performance standards across all reporting systems
  • Develop dashboards, ad hoc reports, and executive-ready summaries of analytical findings
  • Collaborate with internal IT teams, business units, field support, and third-party vendors
  • Document procedures and maintain reporting standards for repeatable tasks and outputs
  • Stay current with evolving analytics tools, technologies, and best practices

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data-driven consulting
  • Experience supporting Sales and Marketing leadership in a dynamic, agile environment
