Key Responsibilities:

  • Development Leadership:
    • Lead the development for Power BI dashboards, Snowflake Data Marts, and Power Automate projects.
    • Provide hands-on development and act as a project leader.
  • Collaboration and Liaison:
    • Bridge the gap between business users and the IT technical team.
    • Translate business processes and requirements into actionable technical solutions.
  • Project Leadership:
    • Organize and facilitate complex cross-functional data and analytics initiatives.
    • Ensure solutions are consistent with IT standards and meet stakeholder expectations.
  • Communication and Presentation:
    • Clearly articulate technical solutions to non-technical audiences.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Adaptability:
    • Handle a mix of strategic projects and ad-hoc tactical reporting/analysis requests in a fast-paced environment.

Skills & Experience:

Required:

7-10 years of BI and Data Warehousing experience. 5+ years implementing/supporting BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.). Expertise in:
  • Data modeling, integration, virtualization, and warehousing.
  • Advanced query writing for data analysis/mining.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies. Strong communication skills tailored to diverse audiences. Ability to lead and deliver multiple complex technical projects.
