Job Summary
We are seeking a Data Visualization & BI Developer with an active TS/SCI clearance to design and develop enterprise dashboards, operational visualizations, and data integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience building interactive dashboards, aggregating data from multiple sources, and developing user-facing BI solutions that support real-time decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop interactive dashboards and operational visualizations.
• Translate complex business and mission requirements into technical solutions.
• Build data models and visualization workflows.
• Integrate data from multiple sources using APIs, SQL, JSON, and XML.
• Develop intuitive user-facing dashboards for real-time decision-making.
• Integrate analytics, sensor, and machine learning data into operational views.
• Develop and enhance enterprise data visualization use cases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
• Participate in architecture reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions.

Required Qualifications
• Active TS/SCI Security Clearance.
• Bachelor's degree with 12-15 years of relevant experience or Master's degree with 10-13 years of relevant experience.

• Experience building dashboards using Tableau, Kibana, Splunk, or similar platforms.
• Experience working with SQL, JSON, XML, and REST/SOAP APIs.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting defense or government operations.
• Experience with Command and Control (C2) systems or Joint Planning workflows.
