Job description

The Club at Rolling Hills is seeking an outstanding individual to join our team as a Facilities Maintenance Technician. If you have a great attitude, an eye for attention to detail, and enjoy working hard, you may be a great addition to our team. Our team is dedicated to maintaining the facilities and grounds of The Club at Rolling Hills to the highest standards for our membership. The Facilities Maintenance Technician plays a key role in ensuring a well-maintained, safe, and welcoming environment for our members and staff. We are nestled into South Table Mountain in Golden, Colorado. Our wonderful facilities and beautiful Front Range location make the Club one of the premier private clubs in the Denver Metro area.
We are currently hiring for one of the following full-time schedules:
Saturday through Wednesday 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
OR
Friday through Tuesday 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Overtime opportunities are available based on operational needs. Must be able to work on weekends and holidays.
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain:
  • HVAC systems, including fan coil units and controls
  • Plumbing fixtures and waste lines
  • Electrical systems
  • Commercial kitchen equipment
  • Pool equipment
  • Clubhouse mechanical systems
  • Following OSHA regulations and all applicable building and safety codes
  • Performing other related duties as assigned
  • Common areas and surrounding grounds

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities maintenance, commercial building maintenance, construction trades, HVAC, CPO, or residential maintenance, any certifications is a plus.??
  • Experience repairing drywall, doors, cabinetry, and interior finishes
  • Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift and move heavy materials?
  • Ability to safely work from ladders and lifts
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Frequent use of hand and power tools
  • Ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb, and perform physical work throughout the day
  • Occasional exposure to dust, chemicals, fumes, loud noise, and varying temperatures
  • Must follow all safety procedures and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
