Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Fix-It 24/7

Location: 100% In-Office – 16360 Table Mountain Parkway, Golden, CO 80403
Pay: $18/hour + Commission & Bonuses (Average $26-28+/hr. in 2025!)
Schedule: Full-Time | 40 hours/week | Monday-Friday and Wednesday-Sunday shifts available (Flexible on scheduling)

The Opportunity

As a Customer Service Representative, you are the first impression of our company and a key part of our success. You'll help customers by answering calls, understanding their needs, and scheduling service with urgency and care.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping people, and wants to earn more through performance-based incentives.


What You'll Do
  • Answer inbound calls from new and existing customers
  • Schedule service appointments efficiently and accurately
  • Make outbound calls to follow up and generate additional opportunities, and schedule maintenance to our membership clients
  • Get clients involved in our membership
  • Provide a high level of customer service on every interaction

What We're Looking For
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Excellent phone presence and active listening skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Preferred knowledge within the home services/trades. (Nice to have, not a need to have)

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
  • Ability to work in-office in Golden, CO
  • Flexible schedule with occasional weekends, we can work together on this
