Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Cath Lab Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 09/07/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Unit Information: Cardiac Cath Lab / (746) Location: HCA HealthONE Mountain Ridge Address: 9191 Grant St, Thornton, CO 80229 Floor: 1st Building: Main General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds - Cath lab 3 Holding Bays and 2 Cath / suites Number of Staff – 9 Type of staff: Day Shift - day shift 6:45 to 4:15 CVL 0700-1700 pre-post - variable Patient Ratios - 3 staff to 1 patient. Cath Lab procedural area Type of equipment – GE Innova Fluoro Systems, Mac Lab EMR - Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Minimum 6 months’ current acute care hospital Cath Lab Tech experience BLS ARRT (R) RCIS or RCES If they have the RCIS or RCES, they must be willing and able to apply for and register as a Fluoroscopy Operator in Colorado with DORA before they start working Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first. ARRT (CI) or (CV) preferred Holding experience Monitoring experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s): LHC, RHC, PCI, peripheral diagnostic and intervention Pacers, ICD’s, Cardioversions, TEE’s Tilt Table Tests, Dobutamine stress test. Best personality Fit: Positive, flexible Engaged in high quality patient care Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines. Must take on-call responsibilities with rest of team. Must be housed within 30 min of the Cath Lab. We divide call evenly through the 4-week schedule- usually 8-12 days. We try to do only one weekend during that 4 week block but that is not always possible. Any additional information that would entice a worker to select your unit for their assignment: Consider items such as new equipment or technology, tenure and experience of staff, schedule options, etc. * Remember it is a very competitive market any information you can provide will help attract talent .
