Job Summary

The Prep Cook & Chef's Table Culinary Attendant is responsible for supporting food preparation and maintaining chef-attended culinary stations within premium hospitality areas during sporting events, concerts, and special events. This position assists with ingredient preparation, food presentation, station replenishment, and guest interaction while ensuring the highest standards of food quality, sanitation, and hospitality. The role plays an important part in delivering an exceptional premium dining experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare ingredients for service including washing, cutting, portioning, and organizing food items.
  • Assist culinary team members with food production and event preparation.
  • Set up, maintain, and replenish chef's tables and action stations throughout events.
  • Ensure food is presented attractively and in accordance with culinary standards.
  • Monitor product quality, freshness, and portion control.
  • Support chefs during live-action cooking and guest-facing culinary experiences.
  • Interact with guests in a professional and welcoming manner while answering basic questions about menu offerings.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary workstations and service areas.
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, HACCP, and health department requirements.
  • Properly label, date, store, and rotate food products.
  • Assist with event setup, breakdown, and post-event cleaning procedures.
  • Communicate product needs and operational concerns to culinary leadership.
  • Work collaboratively with culinary, premium hospitality, and operations teams to ensure successful event execution.
