We are looking to bring on new table games dealers for our new dealer class starting on Monday, July 27th. Starting pay at $11.41 per hour + tip average of $20 per hour.
Must be able to attend a three-week PAID training class beginning Monday, July 27th. Both Day and Evening classes available.
Job Overview: Deals the game of Table Games in accordance with guest service standards and Casino policies and procedures to ensure game integrity. Communicates all pertinent information (i.e., player disputes and irregularities, guest inquiries and guest requests) to Table Games Floor Supervisor as stipulated in department procedures.

Illuminate Your Future: What You'll Do:
  • Deals the game of Table Games in accordance with guest service standards and Casino policies and procedures to ensure game integrity. Communicates all pertinent information (i.e., player disputes and irregularities, guest inquiries and guest requests) to Table Games Floor Supervisor as stipulated in department procedures.
  • Performs classroom and on-the-job Table Games Dealer training and facilitates department orientation.
  • Performs as a Table Games University Instructor.
  • Performs as a Tournament Dealer.
  • Collects and verifies dealer tokes.
  • May perform as a Table Games Floor Supervisor/LSC Table Games Floor Supervisor as needed.
  • Acts in accordance to regulatory compliance through the monitoring and reporting of Title 31.

Required Experience:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must pass SMSC GE Table Games training
  • Must pass basic math test
  • Ability to communicate and understand information and ideas in spoken English.
