Position Overview

This position will be based hybrid at one of our approved Vantage locations (3 days in, 2 days out).


This role will lead the North America region. The Senior Director, Talent Acquisition is responsible for large-scale operational
excellence and alignment with global TA strategy. You will lead a talented team of Talent Acquisition Managers, oversee workforce planning and recruitingoperations at scale, and drive adoption of AI and analytics to optimize efficiency and performance. You will ensure globally consistent practices (80%) whileallowing regional/local adaptations (20%) as appropriate.

Essential Job Functions

Regional Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead Talent Acquisition Managers and their teams across the North America region.

  • Drive leadership development, succession planning, and team capability at scale through structured training, calibration, and recruiter

  • enablement programs.

  • Successfully host and run team meetings, 1:1s with direct reports, mid-year, and annual performance reviews.


Strategy, Execution & Operational Excellence:

  • Implement enterprise TA strategy across North America, while maintaining globally consistent practices.

  • Own operational performance, including capacity planning, goal setting, metrics, DEI outcomes, and candidate experience.

  • Optimize processes and technology adoption, including AI-enabled tools for sourcing, screening, and scheduling.

  • Oversee annual TA regional budget.

  • Responsible for the oversight of the North America TA team, augmented contract staff, technology vendors, and staffing vendors.

  • Serve as a player-coach, managing a REQ load for executive and senior leadership hiring.

  • Ensure recruiting practices align with employment law, pay transparency requirements, internal controls, and data privacy standards.


Global Collaboration & Influence:

  • Partner with other TA leadership team members and VP to ensure consistency and alignment across regions.

  • Serve as escalation point for complex, high-volume, or high-impact recruiting initiatives.

  • Collaborate in successful partnership with People & Culture, People Analytics, Compensation, FP&A, Legal, and Workday teams oncontinuous improvement initiatives.

  • Work strategically with FP&A and Workforce Planning teams to ensure hiring efforts are aligned to headcount planning.

  • Champion and drive successful adoption of global Vantage interview process.

Data, Insights & Reporting:

  • Monitor large-scale KPIs, translate data into actionable insights, and implement process improvements across teams.

  • Use AI and analytics to drive strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.

  • Deliver accurate progress reports to the North America Leadership Team and Executive Leadership Team on a weekly basis.

  • Validate data for all weekly reports, executive reports, people insights decks, and ad hoc requests.

  • Ensure data hygiene within Workday (ATS).

  • Provide market insights for existing, expanding, and new market evaluations.

Technology & Process Optimization:

  • Lead adoption and optimization of global recruiting systems, AI-enabled tools, and analytics for multi-region operations.

  • Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable workflow improvements consistent with global standards.

  • Partner with HRIS and enterprise TA leadership to ensure system performance, reporting integrity, and data quality.

  • Lead creative, innovative strategies to streamline and automate TA data collection efforts.

  • Adopt and implement ways to produce forward-looking insights to identify staffing risks and mitigate accordingly.


Continuous Improvement:

  • Drive initiatives to improve recruiter productivity, candidate experience, and operational efficiency across regions.

  • Collaborate with cross-region TA leaders to share best practices and implement enterprise-wide enhancements.

  • Use metrics and AI-enabled insights to identify and implement improvements at scale.

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, including leadership of multiple regions or a large-scale regional operation.

  • Experience leading large-scale teams, ideally with a mix of people leaders and individual contributors.

  • Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and ability to influence executives.

  • Proven track record in scaling recruiting operations and implementing technology/AI solutions.

  • Strong global mindset and ability to align multiple regions while accommodating local nuances.

  • Proven ability to operate across multiple sites, markets, or a regional footprint, rather than a single-location model.

  • Demonstrated experience operating at scale, supporting highgrowth, complex, or geographically distributed organizations

  • Direct experience in the data center industry is preferred; however, candidates from adjacent or comparable industries are highly

  • valued

  • Possess exceptional knowledge in recruiting technology stack, AI, and ATS systems.

Additional Details

  • Salary Range: $185,000-215,000 Base + Bonus (this range is based on Colorado market data and may vary in other locations)
