Location: Rancho Bernardo, CA
Pay Rate: $25.00 - $27.00/hour
Schedule: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Experience Required: 2+ Years

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented TA Coordinator for a contract/temporary opportunity in Rancho Bernardo, CA. This role supports Human Resources and talent acquisition coordination activities within an aerospace and defense environment, with a strong focus on interview scheduling, HR administration, confidential records, reporting, and candidate support.
This is a great opportunity for an organized HR administrative professional who enjoys coordinating moving pieces, supporting employees and candidates, and working with sensitive information in a professional, team-oriented setting. The TA Coordinator will partner with HR staff, managers, candidates, vendors, and internal stakeholders while helping keep hiring and HR processes running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate HR and talent acquisition administrative activities, including heavy interview scheduling and employment process support.
- Maintain confidential electronic and hard copy HR records, files, databases, and related documentation.
- Provide accurate information and administrative support to employees, managers, candidates, vendors, and authorized parties.
- Prepare reports related to employment activity, terminations, compensation, and other HR topics.
- Support HR projects, work assignments, and communications involving senior HR staff, management, vendors, and agencies.
- Assist employees with HR forms and ensure work is completed in compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay Rate: $25.00 to $27.00 per hour.
- Schedule: 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Location: Rancho Bernardo, CA.
- Job Type: Contract/Temporary (Possible FTE based on performance).
