Responsible for greeting all passengers with a positive attitude and providing outstanding customer service. Checking all boarding passes for all passengers including checking for TSA precheck passengers. Assisting passengers with disabilities in the proper location. Making the proper announcements guiding passengers to the correct locations. 

Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Present an positive attitude to all passengers and no passengers throughout the facility 

  • Cross utilization with bag runners when needed

  • Provide outstanding customer service

  • Work independently 

  • Ability to work in fast pace environment 

  • Ability to answer questions from passengers and direct them to proper locations as needed

  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Adjust to instance changes and as they happen, being alert at all time
