America's largest family-owned new and used book retailer, Half Price Books, is looking for enthusiastic and motivated people to work in our fun, fast-paced office environment to fill the position of Customer Service Representative. This team is located in office at our distribution facility in West Dallas, conveniently located off of Interstate 30.
Every day, our representatives get to work on a variety of tasks, including delivering quality customer service via e-mail and over the phone, sharing their knowledge about books, movies, and music with customers, and helping manage our online sales for stores throughout the country. Each day can be unique and filled with surprises! We're looking for people who have strong communication skills and a positive attitude. Ideal candidates are dependable, hard working and independently motivated.
