(Manufacturing Systems)

Location based onsite in either Pine Bluff or Little Rock. Candidates located in Little Rock will be required to travel to Pine Bluff at least once per week. There is a separate travel component.
Why Central Moloney?
Since 1949, Central Moloney has been an industry leader in transformer manufacturing, built on a foundation of quality, innovation, and stability. As an ISO 9001-certified company, we're investing in the systems and technology that power our next phase of growth - and this role sits right at the center of that work. As an Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) implementation takes shape across our manufacturing operations, you'll have the opportunity to lead a project with real, visible impact on how the business runs, while working alongside a team that values accountability, clear communication, and getting things right.
About the Role

You'll own the project from planning through go-live and stabilization, building the governance, reporting, and risk management processes that keep a major systems implementation on track.
This role is based onsite in either Pine Bluff or Little Rock, AR; candidates based in Little Rock will travel to Pine Bluff at least once per week, with additional travel as needed.

  • Ensure documentation of project activities and decisions

  • Coordinate readiness activities across business and IT teams
  • Support stabilization efforts post go-live

  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) implementations
  • Experience in engineer-to-order (ETO) manufacturing environments
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification
  • Experience managing large-scale, multi-site ERP deployments
