North Point Technology is looking for a TS/SCI Cleared Systems Integration/Test Engineer to support a critical mission. The program delivers cutting-edge intelligence and geospatial data management applications and services to the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA). The Program's focus is on meeting the current mission needs of our customer, but also pioneering future automation solutions for the NGA based on agency directives. We are developing innovative solutions for geospatial analysis and production capabilities that will revolutionize the way intelligence is distributed to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in GEOINT workflows
  • Proficiency in system-of-systems testing
  • Proficiency with test automation tools (JMeter, JUnit, TestComplete)
  • Collaborates with cross-functional engineering teams to define, document, analyze, execute, and interpret tests for products, systems, components, and modifications; identifies functional issues and recommends resolutions
  • Establishes internal quality control standards and maintains reliability programs
  • Documents and analyzes test cases, providing feedback and recommendations for product or design improvements
  • Ensures testing procedures comply with all applicable industry standards
  • Contributes to the continuous improvement of overall testing and quality programs to drive better outcomes
  • Analyzes system requirements, concepts of operations, acquisition plans, and system descriptions to develop evaluation and test plans and procedures; prepares for and conducts data collection and analysis; and reports status and results
  • Delivers clear visibility into progress, risks, and impediments
  • Supports the development of Government test and evaluation documentation, including Test & Evaluation Strategies, Test & Evaluation Master Plans, Event Test Plans, Test Readiness Assessments, and T&E Reports
  • Partners with other test organizations to support T&E program integration
  • Delivers specialized T&E capabilities tailored to system function, level, maturity, and performance area
  • Executes test plans and procedures and validates the results of automated tests
  • Serves as an official witness for demonstrations and test events, providing feedback to the Government
