About the Role

The JAAW Group LLC is seeking C2 Systems Instructors to deliver standardized, doctrinally sound command-and-control systems training across multiple MISTC locations. Instructors will train Marines on Program of Record (POR) C2 systems, support BSTEX events, develop instructional materials, and extend training capability through Mobile Training Teams (MTTs).

Responsibilities

  • Deliver T&R Manualbased instruction on POR C2 systems in classroom and exercise environments
  • Support Mobile Training Teams (MTTs), including equipment setup, instruction delivery, and redeployment
  • Staff and develop Response Cell drills for GCE NCO, Watch Officer/Watch Chief courses, and BSTEX events
  • Maintain POIs and Master Lesson Files (MLFs) in accordance with MISTC Academics SOP
  • Submit POI change recommendations for Learning Experience Review Boards (LERBs) and Curriculum Review Boards (CRBs)
  • Review and develop OpOrders, annexes, and injects supporting POI exercises
  • Produce digital and analog C2 system training products
  • Deliver remedial training for FMF units as required
  • Install, configure, and maintain C2 classroom and COC equipment and POR systems
  • Remain current on POR system updates through New Equipment Training (NET) and IKPT programs
  • Conduct structured student evaluations and provide performance feedback

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of FMF C2 operations experience
  • Active Secret clearance
  • MCISD/SAT-E certification
  • USMC Instructor Certification
  • POR C2 systems certifications
  • Associate's degree minimum; Bachelor's preferred in IT, Systems Management, or Military Science

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency with GCCS, JADOCS, C2PC, JBC-P/MMC-S, CAC2S, or related POR systems
  • Experience with MTT operations and OCONUS training delivery
  • Prior MISTC or C2TECOE instructor experience
