ENGINEERING MANAGER - CIVIL / SITE ENGINEERING - ENGINEERED PRODUCTS
The TRG Growth Practice is currently engaged by a leading manufacturing client looking to identify an Engineering Manager to lead a team supporting the design, application, and manufacturing of engineered products used in civil and site construction applications.
This is a highly visible leadership role with responsibility for a team of engineers and drafters, combining people leadership, technical engineering, customer/application support, and manufacturing execution. The Engineering Manager will work closely with Operations, Sales, customers, and Product Development to ensure projects move successfully from design and quoting through manufacturing and installation.
The role will have a seat at the table, truly owning the development of processes and systems in the department.

Desired Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering; Civil Engineering background preferred
  • Previous Experience Leading Engineers and/or Drafters
  • Experience with Civil Infrastructure, Site Construction, or Related Engineered Products
  • Strong Leadership Skills with the Ability to Take Ownership and Drive Improvement
  • PE License or Advanced Engineering Degree is a Plus
