The Role: As a Dimensional Inspector, you serve as the final safeguard for quality. Your responsibilities include ensuring that every casting, machined part, fabrication, and weldment meets precise specifications. Utilizing advanced tools such as Faro Arms, CMMs, and precision measuring equipment, you will safeguard the integrity of our products and maintain PRL's reputation.

We’re excited to offer a sign-on bonus of $3,000 for this role. The bonus is paid in three installments: $1,000 at hire, $1,000 after three months, and $1,000 after one year of employment.

What You’ll Do:

- Lead with precision—perform detailed dimensional inspections using advanced mechanical and electronic measuring tools.

- Perform non-destructive testing (visual and liquid penetrant) to ensure adherence to strict industry standards.

- Review blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure parts meet precise requirements.

- Operate forklifts, cranes, and specialized equipment to handle critical components safely.

- Keep thorough inspection logs and promote ongoing improvements in quality assurance.

What You Bring to the Table:

- Experience: Over 2 years in dimensional inspection or related fields (industrial, machining, mechanical).

- Education: High school diploma required; vocational training or mechanical technology degree preferred.

- Skills:

- Exceptional ability to work independently and execute tasks with precision.

- Strong proficiency in using inspection tools, reading blueprints, and following process-driven workflows.
