Summary:

We’re looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager with a strong background in sales and lead conversion to join our team.  

This role is centered on handling inbound leads—primarily from property owners, investors, and landlords—and converting them into signed contracts for our property management services. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time. 

  • Qualify and engage inbound leads from various channels (website, referrals, marketing campaigns, phone inquiries).
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand property owner’s needs and assess fit for our services.
  • Present tailored solutions and service offerings to prospects using clear, value-based messaging.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, pricing, and contract documentation.
  • Manage and update leads through the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate tracking.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to provide feedback and improve the customer acquisition process.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly quotas for closed contracts and conversion rates.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of company offerings, local market trends, and competitors.
  • Ensures full compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and operational procedures to maintain high service quality and superior customer experience.
  • Actively participates in the rollout of company initiatives and strategic programs.
  • Utilizes CRM systems effectively to support sales, operations, and customer relationship management.

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
  • Proven track record of converting leads into clients, ideally in property management, real estate, or SaaS industries.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • CRM experience (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Leadsimple).
  • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented

Education and/or Experience

  • Experience selling services to residential or commercial property owners.
  • Familiarity with leasing, tenant relations, or property compliance.
  • Real estate license is required.
