Position OverviewBuild Relationships - Grow A Territory - Create New Opportunities. We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth for our Facilities Management Solutions (FMS) division throughout the Wichita market and surrounding region. This role is responsible for developing new business, building strategic relationships, and expanding our presence within healthcare, commercial, retail, multi-family, government, education, and hospitality markets. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys prospecting, networking, meeting with decision-makers, and uncovering opportunities that create long-term customer partnerships.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and execute a territory growth strategy

What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of business development, outside sales, account management, or B2B sales experience
  • Proven success generating new business and managing a sales pipeline
  • B2B selling to healthcare, commercial, multi-family, government, education, retail, or hospitality customers
  • Experience selling facilities maintenance, construction services, fire & life safety solutions, building repair services, or MEP services preferred
  • Strong prospecting, relationship-building, and networking skills
  • Comfortable making cold calls, conducting meetings, and presenting to decision-makers
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • Highly motivated, competitive, organized, and goal-oriented
  • Ability to work independently with a high level of accountability

Education

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field preferred
  • Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered

Physical Requirements

  • Regular standing, walking, bending, twisting, kneeling, and reaching
  • Ability to climb ladders and work above ceiling spaces
  • Ability to work in confined spaces and containment units
  • Ability to safely lift and carry materials, tools, and equipment weighing up to 20 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying environmental conditions

Additional Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age to meet company driving and insurance eligibility requirements
  • Valid driver's license required. Ability to obtain and maintain identification necessary for work-related travel is required
  • Ability to travel within a 3-hour radius of the assigned territory as needed

Compensation & Benefits Disclosure: The compensation range for this position is $80,000-$100,000 annual salary. This range represents REMEDI8's good-faith estimate of the compensation expected to be offered to a successful candidate at the time of hire. Actual compensation may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education, certifications, geographic location, market conditions, and business needs.
