Responsibilities

Manage and grow our social media platforms and overall online presence

Plan, create, and post engaging content across channels

Build and maintain workflows within our CRM to organize, track, and nurture leads

Support the development and execution of marketing strategies to attract new clients

Monitor analytics and campaign performance; provide insights and recommendations for improvement

Assist with email and SMS/text marketing campaigns

Develop and improve systems and processes for client reviews and new client onboarding


Requirements

Experience in marketing, social media management, or CRM systems preferred

Strong organizational and process-building skills

Creative mindset with attention to detail

Comfortable working independently in a hybrid environment

Excellent communication skills

Preferred (Not Required):

Insurance industry experience

Insurance license (or willingness to obtain)
