Build, Integrate, and Optimize Our Business Systems


AllTerra Central is seeking a highly skilled Systems Analyst to design, implement, and support our integrated business application ecosystem. This role is central to connecting business needs with technical solutions across platforms including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, HubSpot, Shopify, and Power Platform tools.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on professional who enjoys systems optimization, data integration, reporting, and automation in a fast-paced, growing environment.

ResponsibilitiesSystems Administration & Integration
  • Administer and support Business Central, HubSpot, and Shopify platforms
  • Manage API integrations across systems (Patchworks, Power Automate, etc.)
  • Monitor and maintain system integrations to ensure performance and accuracy
  • Evaluate and recommend new software solutions
Reporting & Data Analytics
  • Build reports, dashboards, and data extracts for KPI tracking and business insights
  • Support and expand Power BI implementation
  • Deliver ad hoc reporting and analysis (margin, verticals, etc.)
Process Improvement & Automation
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, automation, and data integrity
  • Develop and support AI-driven tools and process improvements
  • Partner with operations teams to document and enhance system workflows
  • Reduce reliance on third-party consultants through system and process improvements
Project Management & Support
  • Support or lead system implementations and upgrades
  • Assist with training, onboarding, and best practices
  • Provide ongoing system support and troubleshooting

NOTE: This position may be based in either our Houston or Austin, TX office.

Requirements:Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in MIS, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5–7+ years of systems analyst or business systems experience
  • Strong experience with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform)
  • Advanced Power BI skills (building dashboards, not just consuming)
  • ERP experience (Business Central and/or NetSuite preferred)
  • CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)
  • Strong communication skills—ability to translate technical concepts for business users
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with API integrations and automation tools (Power Automate, Patchworks)
  • Shopify configuration and administration
  • Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL concepts
  • Experience in multi-branch or distribution environments
  • Experience with ERP implementations or migrations
  • Exposure to Microsoft Fabric or modern analytics platforms
