Key Responsibilities: Enterprise System Issue Management Monitor, track, and analyze IT issues, incidents, and service disruptions Perform configuration changes and system customizations Act as first point of contact for IT system issues Conduct root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions Enterprise System Implementation & Enhancements Gather and translate business requirements into system designs and workflows Analyze data flows and develop integration and mapping strategies Collaborate with developers on system customizations Develop and execute test plans (functional and regression) Manage change requests, releases, and stakeholder communications Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts
