Job Description:
  • 4-5 years of hands-on experience configurating and supporting Oracle EBS R12 for trouble shooting and user support in Finance functional areas (as Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, General Ledger, and Cash Management.
  • The IT Enterprise Business Systems Analyst (BSA) II is an intermediate-level responsible for enterprise system implementations, enhancements, and issue management.
  • This role involves analyzing business requirements, designing system workflows, leading testing efforts, and troubleshooting system issues to ensure seamless operations and continuous improvement.

Enterprise System Issue Management
  • Monitor, track, and analyze IT issues, incidents, and service disruptions, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Perform system configuration changes and customizations to resolve issues and implement improvements.
  • Act as the first point of contact for IT system issues, handling triage, categorization, and prioritization.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify underlying problems and implement sustainable solutions to prevent recurrence.

Enterprise System Implementation & Enhancements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into system designs, workflows, wireframes, and user stories for development.
  • Analyze data flows across multiple applications to develop data mapping and integration plans for seamless system interoperability.
  • Work with developers to ensure system customizations and extensions align with business needs and function correctly.
  • Develop and execute test scripts and testing plans (functional and regression) to ensure system quality.
  • Coordinate system releases by managing change requests, stakeholder communication, release scheduling, and smoke testing.

Education and experience requirement:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, systems analysis, or related technical field, or 6+ years of experience in IT business systems analysis in lieu of degree.
