  • Lead identification and management of risks, dependencies, and trade-offs across initiatives
  • Support and influence architectural and design discussions with engineering teams
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process, system, and client experience improvements

  • Proven ability to translate complex business problems into scalable, well-structured solutions
  • Strong experience facilitating stakeholder discussions and influencing decisions across teams
  • Experience managing product backlogs using tools like JIRA and Confluence
  • Strong analytical skills, including data analysis using SQL and understanding of data models
  • Ability to understand system architecture and interact effectively with development teams
  • Experience leading refinement sessions, defining acceptance criteria, and applying ATDD practices
  • Proven ability to manage risks, dependencies, and competing priorities across initiatives
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to work independently and lead initiatives in a fast-paced environment
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Financial services domain experience (investment or wealth management)
  • Experience with tools such as SQL Developer, Insomnia, Kafka, Datadog
